This versatile flavour can be effectively mixed with other flavours to make a complex label that has a subtle difference and has produced superb results when mixed with sweet, creamy mixes.

Ingredients that work particularly well with Ultra Banana Essence are: Milk proteins, milk powders, Tiger Nut Flour, Roasted Peanut Meal and Vanilla Meal etc.

Recommended inclusion level: Up to 10ml/kg depending on the ingredients and additives used.
